Delete your account

You can delete your Lumen account and data at any time, no login needed to find out how.

In the app

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This takes effect immediately.

Send a request from your account's email address to

and we'll delete it for you.

Immediately: your account is deactivated — you're signed out everywhere and can't log back in with it.
Within 30 days: your profile and journal entries — including reading questions and drawn cards — are permanently deleted.
Not deleted by us: records of any purchases you made, which Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep separately under their own policies.
